STAR HOSTELS

                        CODE OF CONDUCT

• ​Each student will be required to pray five times in the congregation and recite the Holy Quran.

• Admission fee (3000 non-refundable) and security Rs.2000 will be charged.

•  A monthly Admission fee will be received in advance. the monthly fee must be paid in full at the time of Admission.

•  If a student stays in a month for one or more days, he will be charged a full month's unpaid rent (up to Rs. 4,000 non-refundable).

•  If the student leaves his luggage after leaving the hostel, the hostel management will not be responsible for it.

•  It is forbidden to leave the hostel without permission.  The gate will be closed at 9:00 pm.

•  There will be study hours from 9:00 pm to 12:00 pm.  There will be only and only study during the study hour.

•  If a student wants to drop out, only the security fee will be refundable.

• in case of absence of less than a month, the hostel fee has to be paid.  However, in case of absence for more than a month, the student will be obliged to pay three (3000) rupees per month.

•  If any student is found to be involved in any kind of immoral activities of using drugs, keeping weapons, he will be immediately expelled out from the hostel

•  Any student must notify the administration at least fifteen (15) days in advance in case of leaving the hostel.  Otherwise, he will have to pay a full fee

•  In a hostel, the responsibility for the sudden, unintentional death or injury of a student will not rest with the administration.

• The administration will have the power to change the room of the students.

• The student will not keep extra money and valuables other than pocket money.  In case of heavy loss, the hostel management will not be able to handle the situation.

•  It is forbidden to dig holes and nails in the walls of the rooms, and in case of damage to the property of the building, the student will be responsible and the price has to be paid 

• Any guests are prohibited to stay in the hostel. Otherwise, the concerned student will be expelled out from the hostel.

•  The student will be responsible to clean the room and to maintain the cleanliness of the hostel.

•  There is a washing machine for washing clothes.

•  In case of illness of any student, the cost of his treatment will be paid from the funds received from him, and out of range cost from the medical fund will be on the student

• If a student is fined by the administration, he will pay the fines at the same time.
